Deposit Refund Conditions

• Cancellation at least 12 hours before booking. The deposit will be refunded in full.

• Cancellation within 12 hours of bookingThe deposit is non-refundable.

• No-show: In case of no-show without cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Reduction in the number of people

If the reduction in the number of people is communicated before the reservation time, the deposit already paid for the absentees will still be deducted from the final table bill.

If the reduction in the number of guests is not communicated before the booking time, the deposit for those who do not show up will be retained and cannot be used to pay the bill.

• Refundable deposit refund

The refund will be processed by Stripe using the same payment method used to pay the deposit within 3 business days.
